You have definitely been a great help to me as well. You make the process fairly simple, and there is no fuss. I think the only constructive critiques I can think of, is that your preferred member discount code does not and has never worked for me, your loans take far too long to process, and you do not supply the funds direct deposit until the end of the day when most people need the money before the bank closes to pay bills etc. I would suggest that you look into doing the email money transfer option for this reason. That way the process would only take about 30 mins or so. And here's one waaay outside the box, perhaps be the first payday lender that allows extended payments on the first and every loan someone gets from you, that would help so many people, meaning that when the crunch happens, it is easier for people to pay back what they owe without the financial burden or stress. And it would be nice if you were available to process and fund loans 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year (email money transfer makes this possible). I think if it were more like this, there wouldn't be such a stigma around getting a payday loan and feeling ashamed for getting one. They have helped me on an off for the last 4 years, and gotten me out of some very tough times. Just my thoughts, not complaining, just seeing gaps in service and customer satisfaction.
