To protect your privacy, do not post specific loan details within the forum. If you have questions about your loan, please call Customer Service at 1-866-770-7165.

Responses are typically posted within 24 hours, but it may take longer on weekends.

You must have reached the age of majority to post messages on the forum.

No spam

-          Posting the same message more than once across the forum is not allowed. Please post your message in the proper section. Duplicate content will be deleted.

No personal details

-          Please do not share your personal information or other users’ personal information on the forum, particularly email addresses, contact details and/or bank details. Posted personal information may be deleted for your safety.

No questions related to personal account information

-          Please do not post questions or comments related to your personal account.

-          If you have questions related to your personal account, such as when your loan will be funded or how to extend your loan, please contact us directly at 1-866-770-7165, or at support@dollarsdirect.ca. You can also speak to a customer service agent using our Live Chat feature.

No advertisements

-          Please do not use this forum to promote other brands or products. If a post contains classified or commercial advertising, it will be deleted.

No profanity or adult language

-          Please refrain from using any language that would offend another user. Posts containing offensive or hateful language or profanity will be deleted at the discretion of the moderators.

Posts will be publicly visible

-          When posting messages on this forum, please keep in mind that this is a public forum and is accessible to everyone.  Although your email address will be kept private, be careful what you post.

Posts will be deleted or edited at the discretion of the moderators if they contain the following:

-          Personal attacks or insults toward others or groups of people that could be offensive

-          Fraudulent, deceptive or misleading statements

-          Copyrighted material or other material that infringes the intellectual property rights of another party or parties

-          Unauthorized third-party material (such as trademarks, trade secrets, slogans, etc.)

-          Identical posts

-          Posts with the sole purpose of bumping threads

• Bumping can include, but is not limited to, posting useless information, posting one-liners or any other action to deliberately keep a thread current and at top of the forum

-          Personal or account-specific information

-          Defamatory, libelous or slanderous statements or anything else that might violate someone’s privacy

-          Encouragement of unlawful or violent acts, or demonstrated illegal intent

-          Sexually explicit material

-          Links to sites or images containing pornography, sexually explicit material, gross violence, or are determined by moderators to be detrimental to the forum community

-          Content otherwise in violation of any law or regulation

Moderators reserve the right to delete or edit any post or topic for legal or any other reason

-          Moderators reserve the right to delete or edit your post if it violates any of the above-mentioned guidelines or for any other reasons they find appropriate.

Moderators reserve the right to delete any inactive thread

-          Moderators reserve the right to delete any thread that has been inactive for at least 3 months.
