No Rollovers
DollarsDirect will not grant a customer an extension of an outstanding payday loan for a fee or advance a new payday loan to pay out their existing payday loan.

Multiple Loans
DollarsDirect will not grant multiple payday loans to a customer that in total exceeds what DollarsDirect initially approved the customer to borrow.

Collateral
DollarsDirect will not take title to a customer’s assets as security for repayment of a payday loan.

Collection Practices
DollarsDirect collects past due accounts in a fair, lawful and professional manner. It does not accept assignment of wages from customers. DollarsDirect will not threaten criminal action or use other forms of intimidation or harassment to collect outstanding amounts.

Compliance
DollarsDirect complies fully with all laws and regulations applicable in the provinces and territories in which it operates.

Record Keeping
DollarsDirect keeps and maintains records of financial transactions with its customers in accordance with the standards established by the Canadian Payday Loans Association and all applicable legislation.

Right to Rescind
Customers have the right to rescind a payday loan at no cost on or before the close of the second business day after the loan agreement is executed.

Privacy Protection
DollarsDirect does not use personal and confidential information for marketing or other purposes unrelated to the payday loan without the consent of the customer and will comply with all privacy laws. Read our full privacy policy here.

Advertising Guidelines
DollarsDirect complies with all applicable advertising laws and regulations.

†Approval subject to qualification criteria. Your ability to receive $1,500 depends on your number of previous DollarsDirect loans and other funding criteria. You may not qualify for $1,500. ‡Most applications received by 1 PM ET weekdays only (excluding holidays) and not requiring any additional information or verification will be funded the same day. Applications received at other times or requiring additional information or verification may not be approved and funded until the next business day. §Some applicants may be required to submit additional documentation for identification purposes. ¶DollarsDirect performs traditional credit checks, while still considering applications from those with less-than-perfect credit.
